The Europa postage stamp (also known as Europa-CEPT until 1992) are an annual issue of stamps with a common design or theme by the postal administrations of the member states of the European Community (1956-1959), the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) from 1960 to 1992 and PostEurop since 1993. 

The Europa stamps are designed to encourage cooperation in the postal sector and promote philately. They also raise awareness of the common roots, culture, history and goals of the countries of Europe. The Europe stamps remain one of the most popular among philatelists in the world.

On January 5, 2006, Ukrposhta put into circulation a postal issue in honor of the 50th anniversary of the first joint stamps issued under the Europa program.
