The postal issue is intended to remind us of the heroic era in the history of Ukraine - the Cossacks. It is this period that is still associated with valor and the struggle for our native land, and in which our current defenders draw inspiration.

Cossack Kleynodes are symbols and attributes of state or civil authority, individual Sich, regimental, centurion, and other formations or administrative entities. Kleinodes included a flag, mace, bunchuk, seal, pernach, timpani, trumpets, calamar, etc.
