The Holy Mountains or Donetsk Switzerland is a national nature park in Donetsk Oblast that stretches along the Siverskyi Donets River, not far from the town of Sviatohirsk.

It is home to unique chalk mountains - white rocks that commemorate the ancient monks who founded a monastery in the caves before the Baptism of Rus. Today, the Sviatohirsk Holy Dormition Lavra stands here.

Rare plants grow on the chalky slopes, including the chalk pine, which is listed in the Red Book of Ukraine. It formed chalk forests, which are the decoration of the park. In total, 48 species of rare plants can be found here, including the oak tulip and the marsh cuckoo's nest.

The park has become home to 63 rare species of animals, including the Nikolsky's viper, white-tailed eagle and otter.

The postal block dedicated to the nature park consists of four stamps: “Polixena”, “Blue-necked otter”, “River otter”, “Marsh turtle”.
