The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) is a central executive body with a special status responsible for the development of anti-corruption policy and prevention of corruption in Ukraine. The agency was established in 2015 as part of the state's anti-corruption infrastructure. The NACP operates under the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.

The postal issue, dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the Agency's establishment, presents artifacts of corruption crimes exposed since independence by Ukraine's anti-corruption agencies with the help of civil society. The slogan of the issue is “The past teaches us how to build the future”.
