Fedor Krychevsky (1879–1947) - artist and teacher, first rector of the Ukrainian Academy of Arts. Author of the famous triptych "Life", which shows the external beauty of the people, their spiritual nobility, moral strength and greatness, restraint and resilience. The triptych was exhibited at many exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. In addition, Fedor Krychevsky is the author of the paintings "Bride", "Three Ages", "Matchmaker", "Mother" and many others.

Most of the artist's works are stored in the National Art Museum of Ukraine.
