Varenyky — Ukrainian dumplings, also known as pierogi — are a beloved classic of Ukrainian cuisine.

Small, handmade, and tender, they can be made with choux or yeast dough, filled with fresh or preserved sour cherries, and either boiled or steamed. Served with sugar, sour cream, or both, they are always a delight.

Now, there’s a way to share this delicious Ukrainian specialty worldwide — as a postage stamp.
