Traditionally, on the eve of the celebration of Ukraine's Independence Day, Ukrposhta presents a presentation book with an annual set of Ukrainian postage stamps issued during the past year.

2024 was another year of the Ukrainian people's struggle against russian aggression and another year of issuing wartime postage stamps. Among the issues were many charity postage stamps to raise funds to support the Ukrainian army, help frontline hospitals, equip school shelters, and help animal shelters: "Weapons of Victory. Made in UA", "Angels of War", "Minute of Silence", "Battalion "Fluffy", "Under the Cover of the Virgin Mary", "Country of Volunteers", "USYK. The World Loves the Strong".

The annual book "Postage Stamps of Ukraine 2024 - Exclusive", in addition to a set of postage stamps, blocks and stamp sheets issued by Ukrposhta during 2024, also contains limited production, namely:

Stamp sheet "Coats of arms of cities, towns, villages of Ukraine" non-perforated;

Postal block "Underwater fauna and flora of EUROPA";

Postal block "Olympic team of Ukraine" non-perforated;

Stamp sheet "Insects of Ukraine" non-perforated;

Postal block "USYK The world loves the strong" non-perforated;

Postal block "Weapons of Victory Made in UA" non-perforated.

The issues are accompanied by an author's text with a description in two languages - Ukrainian and English. The stamps are enclosed in the book using strips, which ensures their reliable protection and mobility.

The cover of the book features a sketch of the postal issue "New Joy Has Begun" by artist Natalia Aksionenko, which was recognized as the best block of Ukraine in 2024.
