Rules of service for users of the Post Market

1. Place an order

  • Go to the main page of the site from the listed categories, on the left side of the screen, you can select the desired products.

  • Add the desired products to the cart. Fill in your personal information in the cart: Full name, mobile phone number, email, country and postal address (if you are outside of Ukraine) or the index of the Ukrposhta branch (if you live in Ukraine).

  • Pay for the order.

2. Delivery of the order

  • If you are in Ukraine, in case of successful payment, the order is sent to the Ukrposhta branch specified during registration. Delivery for orders up to 600 UAH is calculated according to the tariffs of Ukrposhta. Delivery of orders over 600 UAH is free of charge.

  • If you are outside of Ukraine, the products are sent at the rates of Ukrposhta, for the service of small package delivery abroad.

3. Shipment tracking

After the order is completed, you will receive a tracking number via Viber or SMS to the phone number specified in the order. You can track the shipment using this tracking number on the Ukrposhta website.

When the order arrives at the post office, you will receive an SMS notification.


The average picking time is 2-5 business days, it can be increased to 7-10 business days depending on the order package. Delivery time - in accordance with the terms of the postal delivery service Ukrposhta Express (up to 3 days excluding the day of dispatch).

The tracking number will be sent via Viber or SMS to the phone number specified in the order when the order is completed.

The shipment will be made under the terms of the pre-order - in the first days after the stamp is officially released. If the order contains additional items in addition to the pre-order, the time for completing such orders may be slightly extended.

We remind you that the storage period for shipments to the branch from the POSTAL MARKET is 14 days.

If the shipment is returned to the sender after the expiration of the storage period, your order will be automatically canceled and the funds for the goods will be returned to the card from which the payment was made on the site.

Upon receipt of the shipment, be sure to check the conformity of the goods, appearance, integrity and completeness in the presence of a branch representative. Please note! If you have not checked the goods upon receipt, we cannot guarantee the resolution of disputes in your favor.

If your shipment does not conform to the requirements, we kindly ask you to draw up the relevant Act, which can be obtained from the branch employee, put the drawn up Act in the parcel, refuse to receive it and notify us of the situation by e-mail - [email protected].

Depending on the amount of the order and the country of destination, the recipient may be charged customs duties by the customs authorities of the country of destination, which must be paid before receiving the shipment.
Ukrposhta does not collect IOSS (European tax) from customers on the postal marketplace, the customer only pays for delivery when placing an order. That is, you, as the Recipient, need to pay customs duties (customs clearance fee + VAT).
IOSS is the number under which marketplaces collect tax from the recipient and then transfer this money to the EU customs authorities. Tax for presentation at customs is charged for shipments from all non-EU countries.

We kindly ask you to inspect the order at the post office in the presence of a Ukrposhta employee. In case of discrepancies/damage, please draw up a Certificate of damage/inconsistency of the package. Put the completed act in the parcel and refuse to receive it. If the order has not yet been submitted for packaging after picking, we will be able to cancel the order without sending it.

If the order has already been submitted for packing, the shipment will be sent to its destination and the refund procedure will be initiated after the shipment is returned to the sender's warehouse.

We would like to inform you that from 27.12.2022 the service of receiving the shipment by SMS was launched. A 3rd person can receive the shipment by sending an SMS with a code that will be sent to the phone number specified in the order (it is not necessary to show the code from the phone), and you do not need to present any identity documents or powers of attorney.
The code is generated when a 3rd person applies to the outlet with a request to receive a shipment that belongs to you. That is, you may be informed by the new recipient that he or she will soon visit the branch and you should expect an SMS. When the SMS with the code arrives, you need to provide it to the new recipient.
The SMS code is used to confirm the identity of the order holder and consent to the receipt of the shipment by the 3rd person.
Also, according to the rules for the provision of postal services, postal items are issued to an adult family member upon presentation of an identity document and a document certifying the relationship with the addressee (birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.). That is, a close relative who has the same surname as the recipient can receive it.

  • You can also use a forwarding service.

  • Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to change, add or combine an item to a paid order, or to merge orders, because orders are automatically transferred for picking, and accompanying documents are generated immediately after payment. In this case, we recommend that you place a new order.

    We recommend the following steps: clear cookies, change your browser, try to checkout from another device or to another email address. If the error recurs, please send a screenshot of the error and a description of the situation to - [email protected]. Our team will promptly resolve your request.

    The storage period for a shipment from the Postal Market in a post office is 14 days. In case of non-delivery, the shipment will be returned to the sender, the order will be canceled, and the funds for it will be returned to the card used to make the payment on the website.     For shipments from the online store, it is not possible to add a courier delivery service when placing an order. Courier delivery can be ordered separately on the website or by calling the hotline 0 800 300 545.

    Clothes, bags and other souvenirs of good quality can be returned within 14 days at the buyer's expense. In case of defect, it is possible to replace it with a quality product, but only if there is a certificate drawn up in the presence of a postal employee upon receipt of the order at the post office. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged.
