The postage issue is dedicated to the legendary postman Fedir Feketa from the village of Turyi Remety in Zakarpattia. When a foundry was established in his native village, which required intensive mail exchange, he took a job there. To receive his mail, Feketi had to walk 25 kilometers from Turyi Remety to Uzhhorod, where the Budapest-Kosice-Lviv carriage and postal service was located, and back several times a week.
