The redemption of the postage stamp for the 20th anniversary of the creation of the Art Arsenal will take place during the 13th International Book Arsenal Festival.

The unmarked artistic envelope bears the stamp with the imprint of a special cancellation “20 years of Mystetsky Arsenal”.
