It is thanks to them that Ukrainians remain in touch with their loved ones, receive vital information, and have access to emergency communications that often save lives.

Working alongside them are those who shape policy, regulate, manage networks, and provide state support in the areas of electronic communications and postal services—the entire public sector team, including the NCEC.
