Personalized Stamp Issue: 3rd SSO Force Regiment

We are honored to announce a new issue of Ukrposhta’s Personalized Stamp project, dedicated to the 3rd Separate Special Operations Forces Regiment named after Prince Sviatoslav the Brave.

The 3rd Separate SOF Regiment is one of the most effective units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This unit has taken part in peacekeeping missions and in key operations of the Russian–Ukrainian war — from the battles for Donetsk Airport to modern missions behind enemy lines.

The unit was formed on the basis of the 10th Separate Special Purpose Brigade. In 2018, the regiment was awarded the honorary name of Prince Sviatoslav the Brave, who at the same time nobly warned his enemies of his advance with the concise phrase — “I am coming at you.” This phrase became the regiment’s motto.

The regiment’s servicemen undergo rigorous selection and intensive training in line with NATO standards, with an emphasis on autonomy and endurance. Special operators act in small, organized groups, conduct reconnaissance and sabotage, and deliver high-precision strikes. It is no coincidence that their totem animal is the white wolf — a predator that stays with its pack and symbolizes cohesion, resilience, and brotherhood in arms. This is also reflected in the song “Zghraya” (The Pack) by Riffmaster & the 3rd SOF Regiment.

The Personalized Stamp project issue honors the regiment’s warriors, their history, courage, and contribution to the defense of Ukraine.

Special cancellation “I’M COMING AT YOU. 3rd Separate Regiment named after Sviatoslav the Brave” — April 28, 2026, in the city of Kropyvnytskyi at post office 25006.

Holders of philatelic subscriptions “Exclusive+” will receive a link to pay for the limited edition postal set “I’M COMING AT YOU. 3rd Separate Regiment named after Sviatoslav the Brave” under the “Personalized Stamp” project. It includes:

a numbered stamp sheet (9 stamps);

a numbered illustrated envelope (C6 format) with a special cancellation.

The number of sets is 900. The price of the set is UAH 800.00.

If not all sets are purchased within the specified period, the remaining quantity will be released for general sale in the Ukrposhta Market.
