Personalized Stamp Issue: 30 Years of the Constitution of Ukrain

On 28 June 1996, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Constitution of Ukraine, the nation's Fundamental Law. It guarantees the rights and freedoms of citizens and establishes the principles of democracy, independence, territorial integrity, and the rule of law.

On 28 June 2026, Ukraine marks the 30th anniversary of the adoption of its Constitution. To commemorate the occasion, Ukrposhta, in cooperation with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will issue the 30 Years of the Constitution of Ukraine stamp issue.


A special cancellation will be available on 28 June 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Kyiv General Post Office (22 Khreshchatyk Street).
