Personalized Stamp Issue: 30 Years of the Constitution of Ukrain

On 28 June 1996, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Constitution of Ukraine, the nation's Fundamental Law. It guarantees the rights and freedoms of citizens and establishes the principles of democracy, independence, territorial integrity, and the rule of law.

On 28 June 2026, Ukraine marks the 30th anniversary of the adoption of its Constitution. To commemorate the occasion, Ukrposhta, in cooperation with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will issue the 30 Years of the Constitution of Ukraine stamp issue.

A special cancellation will be available on 28 June 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Kyiv General Post Office (22 Khreshchatyk Street).

Starting on 28 June, the following philatelic items will be available from the Ukrposhta Market:

• a sheet of 16 postage stamps «30 years of the Constitution of Ukraine»;
• a C6 souvenir envelope  bearing a postage stamp and the special cancellation «30 years of the Constitution of Ukraine».

The products are issued under the Personalized Stamp project. This is an unnumbered issue with an unlimited print run.
