The pages of the “Victorious New Year!” postage stamp issue depict a girl and a Ukrainian soldier who were separated by the war: she celebrates the New Year holidays alone, and he is on the front line with the enemy. The story continues in the plot of the “First Day” envelope: despite all the difficulties, the couple reunites to celebrate the next New Year in a free and peaceful Ukraine.

The booklet includes a “Victorious New Year” stamp sheet, a “First Day” envelope with a “First Day. Kyiv”, and a card. The back of the booklet contains a description of the issue in Ukrainian and English.
