The series of postage stamps "Armed Formations of the Ukrainian Revolution of 1917-1921" was launched in 2019 at the initiative of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance and is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the liberation struggle of the Ukrainian Revolution in the early twentieth century.

For reference. The 3rd Division of the UPR Army was created in the spring of 1919. It was given the honorary name "Iron" for the heroism and bravery of the soldiers in the battles for Vapnyarka station (July 26-27, 1919).
