The 11th Separate Army Aviation Brigade “Kherson” provides powerful fire support to the infantry of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Since 1992, the brigade has undergone a remarkable journey of development, carrying out complex combat missions in the most challenging areas.

In 2019, it was awarded the honorary designation “Kherson.” At the controls of the helicopters are experienced pilots, true professionals capable of operating under any conditions.

The brigade’s combat history is a chronicle of courage: Ilovaisk, Zmiinyi Island, missions to rescue the defenders of Azovstal, battles for the Kherson and Kyiv regions, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, and Kostyantynivka.

Many of the brigade’s servicemen have been honored with state awards, including the title of Hero of Ukraine and the Order of the Golden Star (some posthumously).

The 11th Separate Army Aviation Brigade “Kherson” continuously carries out combat missions, bringing Victory and the future of an independent Ukraine closer every day.

The envelope features artwork based on a quote from a poem by Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko — “And there will be no enemy on the renewed land…” — and bears the “Trident” postmark with a special cancellation dedicated to the brigade.
