The Third Separate Assault Brigade is a unit within the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which began on February 24, 2022, as a volunteer unit of the TRB. At the beginning of the full-scale war, the unit's soldiers defended Kyiv and the region, and fought in the Zaporizhzhia sector.

In the spring of 2023, the brigade was the first to launch a counteroffensive and liberate more than 20 km² of territory. The unit fought heavy battles in the hottest spots of the front, in particular, in the Bakhmut sector, Avdiivka and the Kharkiv frontier.

The unmarked artistic envelope “Land Forces” bears the postmark “Trident” with the imprint of a special cancellation “The third separate assault brigade”.
