Personalized Stamp issue: 12th Army Corps

The 12th Army Corps is the first corps of the new wave. It began forming in October 2024 in response to the strategic challenges of reforming the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Its main task is to defend Kyiv and the Kyiv region. In fact, the 12th Corps stands guard over Ukrainian statehood.

The corps' personnel consists of combat officers with experience in combat operations in the hottest spots on the front line: Donetsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, and Kursk regions. This experience is being used in the development of new algorithms for the functioning of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Our brigades are powerful combat military units that effectively destroy the enemy and form a new generation of Ukrainian warriors.

The slogan of the 12th Army Corps — “Conquer and Win!” — embodies our main goal: to successfully end the war and finally destroy the enemy of the entire civilized world. Our principles are to take care of the combat training of our personnel and to help wounded soldiers adapt and continue their service in the rear. We work not for glory, but for results. Our strength lies in our coordination, responsibility, and professionalism. We are one year old. We have already gained capabilities. But our greatest victories are yet to come.

On February 12, 2026, a special cancellation event for the “12th Army Corps” will take place at the main post office in Kyiv (22 Khreshchatyk Street) from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Holders of philatelic subscriptions “Exclusive+” will receive a link to pay for the limited edition “12th Army Corps” postal set under the ”Personalized Stamp" project, which will include a numbered sheet of 9 stamps and a numbered C6 art envelope with a special cancellation.

If not all Exclusive+ subscription holders pay for the numbered “Personalized Stamp” set within the specified time frame, the unsold quantity will be sent for free sale to the Ukrposhta Market.

The number of sets is 1,100. The price of the set is UAH 800.00.
