Returns and exchanges

1. General terms and conditions

We care about the comfort and satisfaction of our customers. If the goods you have received are not suitable or have defects, you can return and/or exchange them in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

Exchanges and returns are carried out according to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 05.03.2009 No. 270.

 

2. Returns and exchanges of goods of good quality

Returns and/or exchanges of goods are possible under the following conditions:

- the goods are in good condition;

- the goods have not been used, and the packaging and tags (if any) are intact;

- within 14 calendar days (including the day of receipt of the order).

The exchange of goods is carried out subject to their availability in the Postmark warehouse, otherwise the funds for goods will be returned to the card used to make the payment on the website.

In this case, the goods are sent at the customer's expense.

Goods of good quality from orders under «Personalized stamp» project are not subject to return or exchange, as the products are personalized.


3. Return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality

Please inspect your order at the post office and, if you find any defects, fill out the appropriate form (ask a post office employee for assistance). Be sure to contact the Postmark team at [email protected] or via the feedback form in your personal account and provide the following information:

- order number and/or shipment tracking number;

- photo of the completed report;

- photo of the goods received;

- text description of the situation.

We will check the information received and offer a solution — replacement of the goods, subject to availability at the Postmark warehouse, or a refund to the card used to make the payment on the website.

The cost of resending the goods upon confirmation of damage will be borne by Postmark.

We cannot guarantee that disputes will be resolved in your favor if the relevant report was not drawn up when the shipment was inspected at the post office. As a seller, Postmark is not responsible for defects in goods that arose after they were transferred to the buyer as a result of violation of the rules of use or storage, actions of third parties, or force majeure.


4. Return procedure

Contact the Postmark team with a notification of the return of goods  by email at [email protected] or via the feedback form in your personal account.

You will receive confirmation and instructions from the manager.

Please send the goods to the return address indicated on the package you received (sender's warehouse, index 01251). After sending, please provide us with the tracking number so that we can track the shipment. When the returned goods arrive at the Postmark warehouse and are inspected, we will send you replacement goods and provide you with a new tracking number, or refund the money to the card used to make the payment on the website.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds will only be made to the card used to make the payment on the website.

Refunds will be made no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods.

The refund will be credited within a few days in accordance with the banking institution's regulations.
