The stockbooks were produced in a limited edition by order of Ukrposhta by the world-famous manufacturer of accessories for philately Leuchtturm (Germany). The covers of the stockbooks decorated the wartime issues made by Ukrposhta in 2022 - the first half of 2023, 2024, 2025. The stockbooks contain 16 sheets/32 black pages each.
