Envelope with special cancellation «Bringing Life Back: Demining Heroes and Hope»

This issue honors the courage and dedication of deminers, whose work is both dangerous and vital for Ukraine’s recovery.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian deminers have cleared hundreds of thousands of hectares of land from explosive ordnance, making it safe for people to return and rebuild.

This effort relies on advanced, battle-tested equipment — including DOK-ING machines, which have already helped clear more than 30 million square meters of territory.

That is why the stamp design features a deminer alongside the MV-10 (DOK-ING) machine, symbolically named “Hope.” In 2025, this machine withstood a direct strike from an enemy UAV — and thanks to its remote operation, the crew remained unharmed.

The stamp was created with the support of DOK-ING, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, and the State Special Transport Service.
