Envelope with special cancellation «The main military clinical hospital. 1755-2025»

Description:

On June 10, 2025, the National Military Medical Clinical Center “Main Military Clinical Hospital” (former Kyiv Military Hospital), the oldest medical institution in the country, celebrates 270 years since its foundation and 10 years of operation as a National Center.

Today, in the midst of a full-scale war, the Center is one of the most important military medical institutions in Ukraine, playing a key role in saving lives and restoring the health of Ukraine's defenders. The Center is a multidisciplinary medical facility where thousands of servicemen and women of the Ukrainian Defense Forces receive vital assistance, return to active life and regain their strength after combat injuries.

The postal issue is a symbol of gratitude and respect to the doctors and medical staff who save the lives of the military every day, as well as to the defenders themselves who are treated at the Center.

The unmarked artistic envelope bears the stamp with the imprint of a special cancellation “The main military clinical hospital. 1755-2025”.
