Description:

As a result of Bolshevik aggression and the subsequent formation of the Ukrainian SSR, the UPR Directorate was forced to continue its struggle in exile in Poland from the end of 1920. Later, state institutions operated in other European cities, including Warsaw, Munich, and Paris.

In honor of the centenary of this event and the fact that the state tradition was preserved, a stamped envelope was issued - "State Center of the Ukrainian People's Republic in Exile". The envelope depicts the first head of the exile government of the UPR, Symon Petliura.
