The First Day envelope is dedicated to Ukraine's participation in the 2018 Winter Paralympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

At that time, Ukraine was represented by 31 athletes in three out of six sports - biathlon, cross-country skiing and snowboarding. This is the sixth Winter Games for our Paralympians. In the medal standings, Ukraine took 6th place with 7 gold, 7 silver and 8 bronze medals. In terms of the number of awards, we ranked 4th with 22 medals.
