On July 2, 2017, Ukrposhta presented a postage stamp and an envelope dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the formation of Donetsk region.

The stamp features a painting by contemporary Ukrainian artist Roman Minin “One Road” (2010), in which the artist combined the images of the East and West of Ukraine in artistic harmony.

The envelope features a multi-figure frieze composition “The Sense of Miner's Labor” depicting the hard fate and hard work of the miners' heroes from the artist's native land.
