Archip Kuindzhi created unique landscapes and was an active participant in many exhibitions, including European ones (London, Paris). His works were always successful.

The most famous ones are: “Ukrainian Night”, “Birch Grove”, “Moonlit Night on the Dnipro”. Kuindzhi was called an “artist of light”, which really seemed to radiate from his paintings. He masterfully mastered the skill of color ratios in the solution of works, subtly felt the harmony and beauty of nature. The artist had many students who considered him a “teacher with a capital letter”.
