Description:

The Mykyta Kozhumiaka stamp block was put into circulation on June 1, 2017. The stamps of the sheet feature images of the characters of the first full-length Ukrainian fantasy cartoon shot in 3D. The cartoon, based on the fairy tale of the same name by Anton Siyanika, tells the story of the hero's son Nikita, who saves his own and the fairy-tale worlds from the return of the evil dragon. The block consists of four stamps: “Dragon”, “Grandfather Danylo”, “Kamikaze Squirrel” and “Mykyta Kozhumyaka”. The postal issue was recognized by Ukrainians as the best of 2017.
