Envelope with special cancellation «Philatelic exhibition "Philately under chestnuts 2025"»

Description:

On March 4, 2025, the philatelic exhibition “Philately under Chestnuts” was launched in Kyiv at the Museum of Post (16/4 Andriy Sheptytskoho St., Left Bank Post Office).

The exhibition, organized by the Kyiv Society of the Association of Ukrainian Philatelists (KSPA) with the support of Ukrposhta, will be held in March-October 2025. The Organizing Committee of the exhibition received about 40 applications from collectors from Ternopil, Zakarpattia, Lviv, Poltava, Kyiv and Canada.

The exhibition was opened by exhibits of the members of the AsFU CTF: winners of Ukrainian philatelic exhibitions “Cartmaximums of Ukraine” by Artur Zakharchuk

“Tram - history and present. Europe” by Vadym Ishchenko; and new works ‘Traveling through Spain by the Olympic flame from Ancient Olympia to Barcelona - 92’ by Oleksandra Sokolan, ‘Ukraine in international philatelic programs and issues’ by Vadym Shevel, ‘Postal history of the UPR 1918-1920’ by Andriy Sizov. by Andriy Sizov.

In honor of the exhibition opening, Ukrposhta released thematic products under the “Personalized stamp” project.
