«Personalized stamp» project: service provision rules

1. Placing an order

  • Go to the «Personalized stamp» project page in Postmark.

  • Read the Terms of Service.

  • Choose the products you want to order (stamp sheet, envelope, postcard, cardboard frame, transformer folder).

  • Specify the required quantity: 1 by default.

  • Add the ordered products to the cart.

  • Enter personal data in the shopping cart: full name, mobile phone number, email, country and postal address (if you are outside Ukraine) or Ukrposhta branch index (if you live in Ukraine).

  • Pay for the order.

2. Production of the order

After successful payment, a request from the "Personalized stamp" department will be sent to the e-mail address you specified within 1 working day, to which you should send an image (300 dpi) indicating your wishes for the preparation of product mock-ups. The prepared layout can be adjusted by you no more than 3 times. The deadline for the production of the order is up to 3 working days from the moment of electronic approval of the layouts by the client.

3. Order delivery

In the case of successful payment, the order is sent to the Ukrposhta branch specified during registration (for delivery within Ukraine) or to the address specified by you (for delivery abroad). Delivery according to Ukrposhta tariffs: within Ukraine - by "Ukrposhta Express" mail, abroad - by small package.

4. Shipment tracking

After the order is completed, you will receive a message about the fact of sending and a track number, which can be used to track the shipment on the Ukrposhta website. When the order arrives at the branch, you will receive a notification.

Important details

  • It is not allowed to put expressions or images on postal products according to the "Personalized stamp" project: of a political nature; which contradicts ethical norms, the legislation of Ukraine; which poses a potential threat to state sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state; that violates the copyrights of third parties.

  • The client is responsible in accordance with current legislation for the ordered image for the production of a branded sheet, envelope, postcard according to the "Personalized stamp" project.

  • JSC "Ukrposhta" reserves the right to refuse the production of certain images without justifying the reasons.

Frequently asked questions

If the order is successfully completed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation of payment and a request from the "Personalized stamp" department to the e-mail address you specified, to which you should send images for the preparation of product models.

The storage period of a shipment from the Postal Market in the branch is 14 days. In case of non-delivery, the shipment will be returned to the sender, and the order will be canceled, the funds for such an order are non-refundable, as the products are personalized.

Please inspect the order in the branch in the presence of a Ukrposhta employee. If damage is detected, draw up the relevant act, according to which you refuse to receive the shipment (ask the department employee for the act) and enclose it in the package. Be sure to notify us about the situation at the email address: [email protected]. Our team will quickly deal with your request.

You have the opportunity to cancel the order before the images for the development of product mockups are sent to the address of the "Personalized stamp" department. In this case, the money for the order will be returned.
