1. Ordering a philatelic subscription

Visit the 2025 Philatelic subscription page on Postmark.
Choose a package - "Standard" / "Exclusive" / "Exclusive+".
Choose the required number of sets - "Standard": 1-5; "Exclusive" and "Exclusive+" : 1.
Add a philatelic subscription to the cart.
Enter personal data in the shopping cart: full name, mobile phone number, email, country and postal address (if you are outside Ukraine) or Ukrposhta branch code (if you live in Ukraine).
Pay for the order.

2. Payment for subscription products during 2025

Collectors from Ukraine will receive a personal email* and Viber notifications on the eve of each issue. You should familiarize yourself with the image and list of products included in the issue, the cost of the set and pay for the order by the specified deadline.

Collectors from abroad need to pay for the current month's products at the end of the month.

3. Order delivery

If you are in Ukraine, in the case of successful payment, the order is sent to the Ukrposhta branch specified during registration after the issue is put into circulation. Delivery is free.

If you are outside of Ukraine, products are sent from the 1st to the 10th of the following month at the rates of Ukrposhta for the service of delivery of small packages abroad.

4. Shipment tracking

After the order is completed, you will receive a message about the fact of sending and a track number, which can be used to track the shipment on the Ukrposhta website. When the order arrives at the branch, you will receive an SMS message. In case of non-delivery, the shipment is returned to the sender, the order is canceled.

The philatelic subscription gives the opportunity to purchase all decorative issues of 2025 issued by Ukrposhta after its registration, according to the selected package.
Only natural persons have the right to order subscriptions. The number of subscriptions ordered for one individual is unlimited.
The subscription campaign for ordering philatelic subscriptions for 2025 begins in December 2024 and will continue throughout 2025.
According to the philatelic subscription, the following types of products are delivered (if they are provided for by the thematic issue):
Package "Standard": decorative postage stamps in a sheet or postal block, cover with cancellation "First day", an unstamped decorative envelope and a postcard that come with the stamp.
"Exclusive" package: decorative postage stamps in a sheet or postal block, cover with cancellation "First day", maximumcard (card with stamp and cancellation affixed on the front side), individual limited editions.
"Exclusive+" package: decorative postage stamps in a sheet or postal block, cover with cancellation "First day", maximumcard (card with stamp and cancellation affixed on the front side), individual limited editions and numbered postal issues according to the "Personalised Stamp" project.
Ordering and paying for a philatelic subscription certifies the client's agreement with the Service Procedure for holders of a philatelic subscription , Rules of service for users of the Post Market and consent to the processing of personal data by JSC "Ukrposhta" for the purposes of processing subscription orders.
